"We upgraded as we were looking forward to a arelaving treat for me and my partner. The upgrade was supposedly their best room which was full of cobwebs in the lounge area the bedroom and the bathroom and their dust everywhere and even worse inside the wardrobe it was thick with dust unableto put clothes in their . The furniture was falling apart and pieces missing off bits of furniture also. After I booked i was told breakfast last call was 10.30 am . We turned up at 9.45 to be told breakfast...

"The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"We wanted a place to stay near our friend wjom we were visiting and this was the closest we could find. But I will never come back to this hotel. The room was very small, ac with hot air , tried to open windows and sleep but the traffic noise was a lot. Bed was not comfortable pillows were really bad - developed backache and neck ache after the stay. We wanted a room just to sleep after roaming around but didn’t get any sleep. "My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up."
