"I had to book this hotel at short notice as I was unable to access an apartment that I had booked. The staff were very helpful. Its not much in the way of providing food, the breakfast was reasonable. What they did do in terms of food was quite basic, so pizza and other quick food. They had a microwave and you were free to use it. So really good if you want to be self sufficient, but if you are expecting Foie Gras and caviar, you are going to be disappointed. Good venue if you are visiting...

"Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. "

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"Convenient location, decent sized rooms. Decor is tired. The second night of our stay was spoilt by very noisy people in the room next door in the small hours. Also, disappointing that weekday breakfast ends at 9am, with staff clearing up and hovering straight after. For leisure travellers, 9 am is too early"

"Didn’t get to check in. Had our apartment changed last minute and address given was not as described. Contacted the host and had no reply. Had no refund in over a week as well as just being ignored"

"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

"Stayed here as my little girl played at the hive and we needed somewhere close by. Parked on the drive way right outside the door, keys were in a key safe and details were sent on the day how to get in the safe. The hallway as you enter is spotless, as was our room, tea, coffee, water and a fridge in the room. Very pleasant place to stay, paid £60 for a Wednesday night, knowing what i know now i think it's a bargain. Highly recommended. "

"Not a pleasant atmosphere. Property very old . Bathroom stinks, shower leaks and sink blok. Have to change room on the second day which was ok ok not that great. Try to avoid if possible. Only good thing is the staff very helpful."
