La chambre n’était pas faite selon mes attentes, manquaient les serviettes le premier matin et le deuxième matin les tasses à café n’avaient pas été changées et les poubelles pas vidées ainsi que les verres à eau pas changés. "The room was great and the staff were friendly, location also very good as right next to the Metro station. The breakfast was fine, however the hot buffet wasn't very hot. Yogurt, pastries and cereals were good. On the negative side the gym was closed every time I wanted to use it, the roof track was locked and the sky bar always seemed to be closed so didn't get to use any of the amenities I paid for."

"2 problems as soon as I checked in. First cleanliness. Room was beautiful, I walked in to look at the bathroom and saw hair in the tub. Then I go to look at the bed a see a spider crawling on the headboard. The spider I can forgive, the hair is unacceptable. Second issue. A/C didn't work. Call maintenance, guy takes a look, resets system, nothing. Tells me he can get me a fan if I want otherwise there's nothing he can do. Did not sleep because of the heat. Best part of my stay was leaving that...

"This is a very nice, clean, well equipped and comfortable hotel. They would have had a 5 star rating if it were not for the AC issues. The AC in our room was clearly not working and the staff did not really know what to do about it - changing the set point lower will not compensate for a system that is not working properly!! We were fortunate in that it was not that hot but I can see that in hotter weather the lack of effective AC could have been a major problem. If they get the AC fixed...

"The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. I had a terrible travel day, but they welcomed me in with sympathy. I thought the hostel bedrooms were good for privacy and they even had a good breakfast selection! Definitely will come back"
