"The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo."

"We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. Fabulous breakfast buffet but truly appreciate reception staff who made multiple calls, texts and follow ups for a trip screw up. Truly caring and went above and beyond a boat tour that was mishandled by tour agency. It had nothing to do with them but we asked their help and they fixed it. Eternally grateful "

"Breakfast booked for room delivery and it was left at the front desk. Next day breakfast arrived 20 mins after booking time. $60AUD wanted to take pool towel from hotel for day trip which was not refunded on safe return of towel. Door alarm would randomly go off during the night. Out of the control of the hotel was the noise of the mosque alarm and prayers from 0430 to 0530. Good location for restaurants and walking to harbour."

"Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up.
