"We booked two rooms for 1 night as we have an excursion the next day. We booked mainly because the reviews were good and they had airport transportation to give us the ease of getting to the hotel. However, even after confirming time and flight information and us giving them notification when we landed and they confirmed someone’s waiting for us at the airport no one came. We tried messaging through Expedia and did not get a response. Good thing we had the hotel number and was able to reach them...

"Amazing stay. This was my second time. We stayed for four days. Amazing view of the sea. Check in was fast and our request for pick up and transfer to airport was granted without hassle. We also requested a late check out and we extended and got the same room. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Every eve we had cookies sent to us. These little touches are so meaningful. "I stayed here with my son last week. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in town close to great places for dinner and tour bookings. The hotel is very clean and neat with an incredible view of the harbour from the pool area. The hotel staff are SO lovely and helpful. We had to order breakfast online each day and indicate the time. "Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different."

"A cozy, family style homestay that is super close to the airport, less than a 10 minutes walk! However, please note that there’s a steep hill from the main road to the house. If you have big suitcases, I highly recommend taking a taxi. Overall a great stay!"

"We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing.
