"The best resort in the world!"

"Amazing stay. This was my second time. We stayed for four days. Amazing view of the sea. Check in was fast and our request for pick up and transfer to airport was granted without hassle. We also requested a late check out and we extended and got the same room. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Every eve we had cookies sent to us. These little touches are so meaningful. AC, safe, fridge work well. Breakfast was superb. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you so much!"

"Amazing resort"

"Our experience with this hotel was very disappointing, after initial contact through Expedia, the hotel staff just ceased all communications and ignored all of our requests for the included airport pickup info and requests. Upon arrival, front desk informed us our room would be switched and our luggage would be transferred to our new room. Promised not kept, new room keys didn’t work. No desk for work, round table top detached from the base, one could potentially get burnt if hot coffee or tea...

"I've been to many high class hotel before but this one, really amaze me, their staff, food, services, room etc is absolutely GOOD. Even tough it is located at Labuan Bajo but their services is five star! defenitely would come back here"

"Loved this place, had the largest room with balcony overlooking the city and harbour, so sunset every afternoon was fabulous. Staff were great, room was great, location was great, breakfast was great - but a little disappointed in the dinner meals. They were ok, but not so great. There were mistakes made, and food served cold - for Westerners this is not good! Would recommend the place, 100%, but just be careful with the dinner. We did go out to a place called La Cucina for dinner, and the...

"Kamar dan pelayanan tidak sebanding dengan harganya. Kami menginap di harga yang mahal. Sementara kamar dan layanan seperti hotel bintang 3. Hanya pemandangannya saja yang bagus. "

"I stayed here with my son last week. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in town close to great places for dinner and tour bookings. The hotel is very clean and neat with an incredible view of the harbour from the pool area. The hotel staff are SO lovely and helpful. We had to order breakfast online each day and indicate the time. They do make up breakfast boxes if you have an early tour, we had a small mishap with this so double check your order at reception the night before. Room was...

"Great stay before and after our Komodo boat tour. Close to airport and hotel shuttle made it easy to get to hotel and back. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and adjoining restaurant breakfast was great - even offering a takeaway for our early morning departure. Only one odd thing to note, first room we were in had kettle and coffee/tea. Second room, no kettle and we were told they don't provide it. Just a little weird."
