"Beautiful location, great breakfast, roomy cabin , nice service. The cabin was the only 3 bdr available ; it had a few issues in process of being fixed after a storm but, the office offered us the option of moving to two 2 bdrm cabins . Nice stay overall , I will go there again. "

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course!
If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."
"A experiência foi boa. Achei estranho pq nos colocou em um quarto diferente do reservado, mas disse que era upgrade... Não sei se era msm pois não vi o outro quarto. Mas ok. Colchão, roupa de banho e cama, ok. Não passamos frio, pelo contrário, bem quentinhos! Senti falta de criado mudo do meu lado. O estacionamento cabem somente 5/6 carros, e na chuva isso pode fazer diferença. O café realmente não estava incluso, mas valeu a pena pagar a taxa para meu marido. Foi difícil para mim, pq não tinha...

Suíte super confortável. Banheiro limpo. Roupa de cama e banho impecáveis. Café da manhã super completo. Todos os itens deliciosos e frescos. Além de ser bem na entrada do centrinho de Capivari.
Porém o frigobar não funcionou. Suíte 223.
Sugestão: porta Shampoo e saboneteira no box e carregador para carro elétrico deixariam o hotel ainda melhor. Voltarei com certeza. "
