"It was noisy a lot of karaoke outside many people hustle and bustle not the kind of a serenity we were hoping for a lot of smoke from some kind of barbecues or something very strong smells, the Wi-Fi had multiple problems. It seems like they're primarily interested in selling you the tours getting you to book tours through them because of the commission they earn which in our case would have meant having to pay extra Bank fees to the tour operator which we saved by booking directly. "Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good and basic. I enjoyed the banana pancakes. But I found the female owner wasn’t very friendly unless you booked tours with her. We hired bikes and grabs to get to the caves and points of interest. We didn’t join any tours, she stopped talking to us. The male owner was very pleasant and was lovely to deal with. "
