I arrived to Capital o Mansion Tequila and they didn't open the door saying that EXPEDIA overbook rooms and there were not rooms available. I want to recuperate my money what I paid with my debit card. It was a very bad experience for me because EXPEDIA never answer my questions I try to do virtually. Even though I try to ask for a claim and the APP of Expedia doesn't work. What I can do? Please I feel so bad.

No nos respetaron la reservación, no incluye desayuno como lo menciona en la descripción, la atención del personal es poco amable, el estacionamiento está lejos y tienes que batallar en la noche para dejarlo porque lo usan de estacionamiento para un antro y no es seguro.

La Propiedad no contaba con agua caliente, siempre estaba un poco menos que tibia. El desayuno que ofrecen no es como tal, solo hay 3 manzanas pocos huevos, te, azúcar y café. Y el dispensador de agua está descompuesto la salida de agua caliente. En la esquina de la propiedad hay un bar. O centro.nocturno. a medianoche se escuchan los disparos. La estancia muy amplia, TV con Netflix abierta para cada habitación. La limpieza está muy bien. Camas cómodas si te gusta más duro el colchón. Las almohadas excelentes y sábanas muy limpias. Todo muy cerca del centro, todo caminando.

Fatal, hay tanta humedad que la ropa se apestó..

Ningún tipo de servicio. Cuando llegas hay una persona que te da las llaves de la entrada del hotel y nunca mas se vuelve a aparecer nadie. No hacen el aseo en ningun momento de la estancia, ni de la habitación ni de las areas comunes. Hay muchisimas mosquitas de tanta humedad que hay. No te resurten el papel higienico asi que estuvimos un dia y medio sin papel. Dice "desayuno incluido" y no es cierto
