Great hotel.

A great hotel in downtown Guadalajara, right next to a train line and very near old downtown. A modern hotel, clean and friendly. Wonderful to relax in after a day out walking.

Clean and ample room, nice flooring, excellent working bathroom, open spaces outside rooms, friendly staff and employees. And my room had a balcony with great view, Hotel Alcázar Is much better than hotels that cost a lot more!

I stayed at this property for a total 2 days and had our reservation for 5 nights. I ended up leaving the second day. We got our phones stollen. Reception did not do anything to help. The bathroom was dirty. I do not recommend staying here. Another guy who stayed there got his suitcases stollen along with his phone.

The AC was not need it in my stay so I didn't even use it but it's Ok,Plus you can walk to San Juan de Dios El Parian and Plaza Tapatia and leave the car inside their parking.

El hotel es bonito, trabajadores amables, Cuartos limpios y precio muy bueno. A veces se puede oír música de un negocio cerca de ahí, recomiendo usar tapones para los oídos, los alrededores se ven un poco descuidados, con algo de gente indigente, pero hay mucha gente caminando así que no te sientes muy inseguro, además los indigentes muy raramente te piden algo. Me volvería a quedar aquí.

La habitación que nos tocó estaba en muy buenas condiciones, pero al estar enfrente de la avenida si hay mucho ruido a pesar de que las ventanas inhiben el ruido

Tienen estacionamiento, pero si llega un huésped nuevo y tú no tienes tu carro adentro y solo hay un lugar del estacionamiento, le dan tu lugar al nuevo. Te conseguí un estacionamiento casi enfrente, en otro hotel no te cobran pero si te deja cierta sosobra ( llegamos como a las 1 am) nos tomo por sorpresa. En cuanto a la limpieza, la coladera de la regadera está tapada en el cuarto que nos quedamos, y aún que perece limpio en teléfono estaba chorreado de sabe que y la puertas del closet también. Del personal unos fueron amables otros no los buenos días te respondían. De ahí en fuera, todo bien. Buen lugar para solo ir y dormir. (Lleven su almohada por qué las de ahí están duras y boludas)
