Breakfast it wasn’t good, the costumer service is poor it need a little more cleaner
Nice colorful house, friendly people, the front of the hotel it doesn’t look like hotel
This is not a typical 'hotel'. A husband and wife have several rooms they rent as a hotel. The place is difficult to find - even a taxi driver could not find it. The worst part is no maid service and black sheets and one black towel that are not clean and must last for the entire stay. Also the street side room is very noisy. Also there is no AC so it can be too warm even in winter. The only good news is the couple who own the place are nice and helpful and serve a fairly good hot breakfast.
Although I can only speak English the staff went out of their way to help me using Google Translate. It was the first hotel i stayed in Guadalajara where the hot water in the shower actually worked! Very nice bathrooms, fast wifi and a decent bed with AC if required. This is a nice place to book if you want to wander around the central part of the city and see many markets and historic buildings.
