"I spent two days here and it was unlike any other lodge/hotel I’ve been to before. The rooms are beautiful, the pool is stunning, the jungle gym is also such an amazing addition but nothing tops the the host himself, he made sure every question was answered and I truly felt at home almost 4000 km from Canada. "I stayed with two friends for a couple of nights here. We were provided an extra bed, so the three of us had a comfortable stay in the room. We all loved the pool and swam in it both nights. There were 2 employees that made our stay feel more special: Tania at the front desk and a gentleman at the restaurant/bar, I believe that his name is Jesús, but I am not sure, off of the 2 employees that assisted us during our stay, he was the younger, with a small mustache. We could feel their genuine interest in us, not only as clients, but made you feel a warmth that we really enjoyed. The facilities were very clean."
