Really enjoyed our stay here.. it is a convenient location, a short walk from the centre. We had a car and it was great to be able to easily park in their car park beside the hotel. All of the staff are very friendly, always helpful to share their knowledge of the town. The hotel itself is a very authentic traditional building.. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast areas is also very comfortable with a nice selection of mexican food or pancakes and fruit..

This hotel is undergoing major renovation. We didn't know it when we booked and the hammering never stopped until 7pm. The "Junior Suite" turned out to be a rather cramped, windowless room, but there was a king bed, as promised, good pillows and everythng was so new that the lights were still hanging out of the ceiling, waiting for fixtures. The owner is a pleasant guy who is rightfully proud of the changes they are making and he helped me a little with the price to compensate for the discomforts. Good breakfast and safe parking included. Easy walking to Centro. I recommend.

The rooms were being remodeled. The hotel property is nice. There’s no AC and no elevator so you have to walk stairs to get to your room. They only give you one water bottle, one soap bar and a small shampoo bottle. There’s also a small dirt lot next to hotel for parking and it was pretty full most of the time. The staff was kind and polite. For a last minute hotel it was an ok stay.

Read my whole review. Our 1st room on the 4th level was bad. Door handle falling off, tv remote not able to turn off the tv. Night stand lamp missing the knob, could not turn on. We complained and the next day they moved us to a modernized room. That one was great. Breakfast was average. Staff very polite and attentive. Quaint building that is peaceful. Good part of town.

La hubicacion es muy buena pues se llega caminanido al centro. Es una buena opcion para quienes llevan automóvil; si bien el estacionamiento carece de puerta y piso, pues es solo tierra, se agradece que hay un lugar para dejar tu automóvil esperando las cámaras instaladas sirvan para inhibir algún suceso. No tiene acceso directo del estacionamiento al hotel, se tiene que salir a la banqueta y caminar unos 10 metros para llegar a la entrada del hotel. Si llueve o es de noche se debe considerar. Se debe tomar muy en cuenta que no hay elevador, pues dependiendo de la habitación asignada se llegan a subir hasta 4 niveles cargando maletas, mas difícil aún para perosnas mayores o con alguna discapacidad. Las hataciones asignadas tenían humedad y salitre visible, y al momento de abrir la llave de la regadera de una habitación en la otra se oía un ruido muy fuerte provocado yo creo por la instalación hidráulica. Fue muy molesto el que se escuchen los pasos de los huéspedes de la habitación de arriba. Considerar que son canceles de madera y vidrio donde esta la puerta de acceso al cuarto y solo se cubren con cortinas qie dejan pasar la luz . Desayuno que cumple con el cometido de no salir con el estómago vacío. Plato de fruta chico, huevos variados o chilaquiles. Té o café. Pan blanco con mantequilla o mermelada para untar ( no hay pan de dulce). Si quieres hot cakes o wafles se pagan aparte al igual que otros platillos. Hay un Oxxo junto qué ayuda bastante.

Excelente hotel que recomiendo ampliamente. Si deseas pasar unas bonitas vacaciones en familia o en pareja, ni lo dudes en hospedarte aquí. Sus instalaciones son excelentes: *Habitación muy bonita con una buena cama para descansar bien. *Personal muy amable todos . *El desayuno que incluye, muy bien servido en porción. El restaurante muy agradable. *Estacionamiento perfecto, porque muy pocos lugares pueden ofrecer este servicio cerca del centro. Recomendaciones: sería excelente que cambiarán las almohadas más ortopédicas. Las actuales no son tan adecuadas para el cuello. ( Este comentario no significa que las que tienen no sean buenas; pero hay personas que si tienen problemas de cervicales y les podría afectar y no disfrutar su descanso bien).
