I think I never book this hotel again. The comforter and the bed shirt smell awful. The front desk service person is rough. The bath room is not good maintenance. I lived in the deluxe room. Non-smoking room smells smoking odor and extends in the hall way. also.
If you are looking for troubles you should stay here... Staff is horrible, hotel is dirty and look like a hooker's place... Don't be trapped by their cheap price.
We went there for the Canton fair and they cancelled our reservation because they found someone to pay more for the room. That was unbelievable, not funny at all. Staff were laughing at us. Worst.
Stay far away from this hotel.
This was a terrible experience. We booked 4 rooms on the 6th floor [601, 605, 607 and 615]... the workers are stationed on the floor throughout the night and were noisy as hell. Nobody understood a lick of english. My iphone was stolen out of my seat in the lobby, the manager saw the persons that moved it [who were chinese] and claims he didnt see where they went. I asked them to let me see the security video that was designated to that area and was told "the security camera no work - sorry".
Would not recommend this place to anybody!!!
The showers leaked, the rugs in the room are filthy!!! Did i mean that the bed was hard as rock?
