Property very old and not kept clean..it was different fromn what was on the website. Firstly thsy continued to say i was not booked with them thiugh i had fully paid for my stay through Expedia. It took more than an hour to resolve. I was first taken to a different which i belive is the one i booked on website. They decided to send me to a dodgy one where even their standard rate did not reconcile to the one I had booked. Again the address was difficult to find, phines were nit working. I stayed one night and checked out and cancelled my reservation with Expedia, waiting foe my refund. When I checked out i asked the guy at the hotel to call a taxi, he called one amd asked me to pay him upfront RMB65. I told him.i need a metred taxi and will pay driver on arrival. He was upset and cancelled the whole thing and would not assist. I asked the other assistant who did not help either. I had to walk down the road a bit of a distance to find a taxi. Yhank God I found a metre taxi. What a nightmare. The saddest part the hotel was not helpful.

Perfect location, good wifi

I always stay here for business as it is close to metro station Xicun (around 3 mins walk) which is one stop from Guangzhou train station where all the wholesale markets are. Wifi works well in room, but is slow in evenings after 10pm. There is also a train station near hotel which can be heard and can be loud at times. Overall, good for price and clean, very basic so dont expect anything fancy. Also only one person speaks english so can be difficult to translate. Also close to supermarkets and fast food, 2 mins away

Gros problème de communication à l'accueil

Problème de communication car les hôtesses d'accueils de la réception ne parlent que chinois mis à part la responsable qui parle un peu Anglais mais qui n'est pas là tout le temps pour pouvoir prendre le relais lorsque la communication ne passe pas avec les hôtesses. De plus pour ceux qui font les affaires,ce n'est pas évident pour les taxis de s'y rendre car l'entrée de la rue est un sens interdit et par conséquent ils doivent faire un détour pour y entrer.

Bad service

I arrived late at the hotel, about 2 am. when i reach the hotel, they told me that there is no room left. Shouldn't they reserve the hotel room for me even i check in late? they offer to bring me to the other hotel branch. which i got no choice. overall, room still ok.

ホスビタリティはどこに行ったの？

表示された地図全く違う場所でした。（同じホテル系列の他店でした） 客室にクローゼットはなく、ハンガーに至ってはシャワーカーテンを吊るすパイプに引っ掛けてありました。カーテンそのものなく使う前から床が湿っていました。 妻はベットが臭うと不眠を訴えておりました。4階に泊まりましたが廊下にある飲料水のタンクは 空でフロントでお願いし良い返事が返ってきましたが、改善はされませんでした。

Hotel tarif moyen, tres tres sombre sans fenetres.. moquette vieille et salle... personnel ne parle pas anglais .. tres bien situé en revange..

最低なホテル

今まで泊まった中で最低なホテル 仕事場が近いので恐る恐る泊まったが 最悪な気分を味わいたい方には是非オススメします。 フロントの従業員→最低 部屋の水周り→最低最悪 部屋の壁に→薄くて五月蠅い 場所→記載の地図がデタラメで探すのに一時間以上掛かった 満足度→無しで寝てトイレをするなら外よりいい 褒めるところがあるとしたらこのホテルの一階の中華レストランだけ

接客態度がすごくいい！！

中国の手ごろなホテルにしてはすごく接客態度が良かったです。 外国人慣れしているし、掃除のおばさんも、フロントもみんな、丁寧で早い対応でした。英語もOKのﾎﾃﾙでしょう。 中国の３星ほてるなのですが、とっても清潔で、お湯もちゃんとでるし、ｱﾒﾆﾃｨもきちんとあります。トイレットペーパーは少なめですが、毎日交換してくれます。 朝食も付いていました。 ちょっと、お手軽にリアル中国を体験したい方お勧めです。 ﾎﾃﾙの周りの雰囲気もいいし、市場、マッサージ、青空鍋屋 もあります。小さいエリアにリアルな感じぎっしりです。 次は私は家族で利用したいです。

Dont go by stars.

No wonder there are no pic of this hotel on website, probably because they have nothing nice to shoot. The hotel is in disgusting state, very poor neighborhood and badly maintained. If you are westerner like me, you will wonder what to eat in breakfast. Its lousy with capital L. The hotel staff barely speaks English but very polite. So if food and maintence is not an issue but only price go for it. I forget to mention, you can take a scooty ride for this hotel from the Guangzhou station for as little as 5-10 RMB. Good luck

Minghong Hotel

The hotel itself looks very modern on pictures, and also the reception looks really tidy on the pictures, but in reality they could be a little more tidy. A bit messy, but looks more local. The reception people do not speak english very well, thank god i had a translation program on my phone! Though they are VERY helpfull and assist you in any way. When in the room it was very noisy outside in the hallway. The breakfast is really poor, but it is included so we cannot complain. The location for us was good because we needed to do business in the area, for general tourists it is quite hard to find and also for taxi's hard to find. Make sure they go to the small Xiwan road, not the big long one. The room was cleaned every day so that was good. Overal a 3 out of 5.
