フロントの対応も良く、部屋も綺麗で快適です。 中国のホテルにありがちな無駄に広いスペースもなく、ちょうど良い大きさの部屋です。1人で泊まる際はツインではなくダブルに泊まることをおすすめします。ダブルの部屋は日本人好みな大きめの風呂がついています。ツインの場合はシャワールームのみです。

Like. The property staff were very helpful and friendly for our requests and the hotel was clean. Dislike. The property allowing smoking is very displeasing as the smell is not pleasent.

The room is clean. Staff are friendly. No bellboy to help carry my luggage from the car to the hotel. Free shuttle to the airport, however, driver do not assist carrying luggage down shuttle bus. Difficult for ladies who travel with heavy luggages. Food wasn't great at breakfast buffet. There is nothing to do near the hotel.

Stay overall nit bad, pretty luxy, very desappointed of the tv no inyernational channel, oh by the way i use my visa card to pay the warranty for the room and at this day it is still not credited back, please fix this kind of issue

The property and rooms were clean. A couple of things that stood out with this hotel is that the parking lot attendants are very “peculiar” with the direction your car is facing because “it doesn’t look good for the hotel if the cars don’t face the same direction”. In addition, anywhere in the world that I’ve traveled to, I had no problems with getting dropped off at the front so that I can check in. But this hotel, the parking lot attendant will give you hell if you don’t drive a fancy car. His explanation was “it doesn’t look good for the hotel if you temporarily drop someone off. Then he pointed at the Jaguar in front of us, which meant, that car is okay. This hotel is all about image so that was definitely a turnoff for me. The front desk staff were nice even though you’d have to repeat yourself a few times before they understand what you’re saying. Lastly, the halls of this property is long and my room was at the end of the hall so it took a good 7 minutes walk just to get to the room from the elevator. I’m pretty sure that they can add an elevator somewhere. I mean “it would look good for the hotel”.

The rooms are good and clean and front desk service great. My only grouse, too far to Guangzhou downtown and taxi fares cost a bomb. Also airport taxi not happy because too near the airport and the fare not rewarding for them. I had to pay a flat Rmb100 fare. Not complaining about this because I understand they had to queue a Long time.

good breakfast and i was able to use same room after i decided to extend my stays. There is no restaurant very much near by. You can go to Shopping mall by walk for 20 mins.

交通颇方便,前台服務不错。早餐可以更好,選择可多一些。每楼層房间不少,长长的走廊像一條街,但不知到为什麽只有两部客用升降机。

Good place for business

Over night stay near airport
Soft bed, clean, free shuttle to/from airport but need two hours notice, inhouse restaurant but skip the steak which prepared raw and doesn't taste like steak. Breakfast is not as good as other 4-stars hotels. Price is very good for the level of service and condition.

Good stay
Staff had a couple English speaking employees that were able to help us out. All the facilities were clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices and lasted until 10am. They were able to expediently get us checked in even arriving past midnight. All requests were met promptly. 10-15 minute drive from the airport. There is a nice park to walk through less than a mile from the hotel.

質が、だいぶ落ちてます。空港近くのホテルを探しているなら 他のホテルがあります。 特にタオルは、日本では雑巾レベルの物を出されます。 英語もちんちくりんですので、ご注意下さい。 敷地内に、ケンチキがあるのは、安心です。 敷地内のマッサージは、いかない方が無難です。エロを共用してきます。

さっぱりしたフロントのイメージと違い、部屋は程よくゴージャスで清潔感があり、きれいだった。禁煙室だったのも良かった。バスタブがちゃんとあり更に深いので、日本人には嬉しいはず。周辺というかホテルの続きに韓国料理屋(すごくおいしい)とケンタッキーがあるので食べるには困らないかな。1階にあるコンビニは高いので、飲み物などの買い物はホテルに戻る前に済ませておく方が良さそうだ。朝食は期待しない方がよいが、一通りそろっている。飲み物は持参したほうが良いかも?日本では当たり前だが、中国では珍しくてうれしかったことが掃除のおばちゃんたちが必ず「ニーハオ」と声をかけてくれることだ。出張で疲れた中、やはり気持ちがよい接客は嬉しい。また滞在したいと思えるホテルだった。次の出張時も利用させて頂きます。

No information when I booked.
No one spoke English at first. Received no info about meals, shuttle bus etc. Very difficult to figure that out. The tv didn't work but was fixed. Mini bar was locked. Used the "24 hour convenience store" which was not open for several hours. Front lobby was very cold - staff were wearing winter coats behind the counter.

Decent hotel, reasonably priced
A little further from the airport than indicated on the booking form but a nice hotel and good for a few hours or a night between flights. Service was very prompt and efficient. Only complaint is the room service menu wasn’t expansive (no wine) and the wifi limited me to chinese websites only (which meant i had no contact with the outside world for about 24 hours). Other than that, a pleasant stay.

The A/C was out and the staff did not inform me when I checked in. After I could not get the A/C in my room to work I went to the desk. I was informed the A/C was out in the entire hotel sorry. I told them I was getting my stuff and leaving, then they offered a room with A/C working on a different floor. I said no thank you I am leaving. I retrieved my bags and went back to the desk. They refused to credit my card or direct me to another hotel. After a couple of minutes of refusing to stay they finally credited my card so I left. The hotel is very large and only 2 elevators in the center of the hotel.

I'm sorry, because of the late time .The receptionist want to try to communicate with you but feels that you are angry. They want to try to communicate with you but you had refused to change the room, then, can only let you rest first. Because the receptionist has worried that you are not satisfied with them, they have not been able to accept your payment. And for these reasons, we have cancelled the order for you free of charge. The receptionist also try to communicate with you again, maybe wrong or English level is not enough, failed to resolve the problem for you I'm really sorry! The front desk staff also reported to the leaders several times, which was not satisfactorily solved at the time, which caused you not to get a real rest. We want to apologize for your but we don’t know how to contact. The hotel can only make an apology for you in this review. We hope you can eliminate the displeasure. We are very sorry about which the things let you uncomfortable . We will try to strengthen our staff's English training and service awareness. We will try to get your choice in the future! Wish you a happy life work !
