"The hotel was new and very clean. Comfortable bed. I got the courtyard view but it was just a cement slab. Almost walkable from the airport if you dont have luggage. I wore earplugs for the noise of the airport at night"

"I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. "

"Very quiet (expect for airplanes occasionally which is the same everywhere in GUA). Very secure on side street only a few blocks from the center of historic district. Nearby restaurants for breakfast, jazz club a block away. A few more blocks and you ht all the stores, markets and restaurants... very convenient. Great host, speaks good English, helpful with advice."
