I chose this place based on the reviews, so far it was a wise choice. I love Tikal Futura hotel, the staffs here are courteous and professional, the foods are delicious. Hibiscus restaurant at the hotel does not disappoint at all.The rooms are spacious and cleaned, except they do not come with mini fridge and microwave.Not sure if it applies to the all rooms, but I know for sure my friend's room and I, did not have them. Overall, everything was perfect. I will definitely return next year and will recommend this place to anyone visiting Guatemala city.
