"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at blue River. The rooms were huge and super clean. We really appreciated the coffee maker every morning. We did the zip line tour with blue River and it was great. The spa pools were very relaxing with tables and chairs at each of them. there were no surprises with the bookings."

"The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant."

The dinner and breakfast was prepared for us by wonderful staff, and they catered for vegan, vegetarian and carnivores in our family group, including our 2-yr old grandson. "The resort is beautiful, loved the set up and the grounds , service in the restaurant is very good , food is reasonably priced . We really enjoyed the 2 nights/days we have stayed on the resort . Beautiful birds on the property, you can see spider monkeys next to the pool . We enjoyed the thermals . The employees at the reception were very nice too."
