They didn't have a reaturant, they also didn't have the double room they offered when I Booked

horribñle el servicio, no hay asensor y una misma tiene que subir sus maletas, despues que estas alli te quieren cobrar mås.(entran y salen parejas a toda hora.

La persona que me recibio no sabias NADA, que los contactĂ© a travĂ©s de su pĂĄgina, no estaba al tanto de que el hotel estaba en la web, le dije que dejĂ© los datos de mi tarjeta de crĂ©dito y no sabĂ­a si se cobraba asĂ­ o no, me pidiĂł que pague en efectivo y no sabĂ­a que valor darme, le expliquĂ© que yo sabĂ­a el precio y me dijo que bueno si ya lo tenĂ­a me cobrarĂ­a eso, al dĂ­a de hoy no se si entrĂł un pago en mi tarjeta. Mucho ruido de bocinas, estaba con mi familia y este hombre mepasĂł la llave, tercer piso por escaleras, yo tenĂ­a 8 bolsos y me dijo que no podĂ­a ayudarme porque le dolĂ­a la espoalda!!!, para colmo le quse pagar con un billete de u$s100 y me dijo que no lo recibĂ­an, que buscara billetes mĂĄs chicos, de u$s20, que eran lo Ășnicos que aceptaba, retubo mi identificaciĂłn hasta que despuĂ©s "pasear" por Guayaquil conseguĂ­ estos billetes!!!
