"Great place to stay in Seoul, right next to a subway station and it has plenty of food options in the area. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was a great size and the shower was perfect. The breakfast gets real packed in the morning, but a great array of options are delivered."

"In general it's a nice hotel but i wouldn'tstay again. A couple of things that bothered me were: 1. We reserved a two-bedroom suite. That is a bit of a misnomer. They were bedrooms in a non-traditional sense. 2. The room offers zero privacy. If you're not traveling with your partner, know that the bathroom door is glass, the master bedroom door is glass, and there is no door on the second bedroom. Since I was traveling with a friend, a little privacy would have been much appreciated. Another thing that surprised me about this hotel is that they charge you for literally everything. I called to get some ice and they told me I had to go to the store and buy it. I wanted to store my luggage as I was leaving and I had to pay for that too. Water? Pay for it. It was just not what I'm used to in a hotel experience especially one at this price point. The positives are that the hotel is very clean and the beds are reasonably comfortable."

"Stayed at the GLAD Hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with excellent water pressure. The location was convenient with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The main downside was the noise — kids running through the halls and doors slamming made it difficult to fully relax at times. Also, the “airport shuttle” is somewhat misleading. It’s actually a public city bus pickup located about 1.5 blocks from the hotel, not a dedicated hotel shuttle. It was farther distance to many sites than I expected but Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with a few drawbacks."

"Location was great, just steps from the city hall subway stop. Be aware there was noise from local construction we could hear at night and in the morning. Nothing really the hotel can do about that so it didn’t feel fair have it effect the rating but worthy to note. We used the pool and fitness centre and also did laundry."

"The room was very clean, and I appreciated the small details that were carefully thought out, especially the Japanese-style touches. They ask guests to fill out a form before seeing the receptionist, which felt a bit odd since I had already made a reservation. It would be better if they could simply ask guests for the information instead."
