"The check-in experience on the day of our arrival was rather unpleasant. Due to the heavy cleaning workload during the holiday, our check-in was delayed. Shortly after we settled in and began to rest, another guest used a key card to enter our room. This happened because of a front desk error, where the room was assigned twice, which gave us quite a fright.
