"The place was beautiful and in a great location. The only issue we had was that our air conditioner did not work the whole time we were there. They had to control it manually because our thermostat didn’t work. The last two days we had no air conditioner at all and it was hot. We were told numerous times someone would be up to help us. They never showed. We called down to desk several times with no answer. We just gave up trying. We were told by the manager he could not refund us any money...

"Our room was clean but not very spacious. Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Only one sitting chair at the table. Balcony was very nice though. It had two nice chairs and a nice table for sitting in the morning for coffee and viewing the beach. The beach was outstanding. Not crowded and peaceful. Two pools. One for adults and the was for families with children. They were clean with tons of lounge chairs to sit and visit. There were outside games and it’s just a short walk to the pier. The...

"This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The property was clean even though it rained the entire time we were there. The restaurants and bars were excellent. The service provided by the staff was amazing. We plan to visit annually."
