"TV did not work. I go to call the front desk, only to find the phone doesn't work and it's Saturday of March Madness. I walk down to the front desk and alert them of both issues, and they say they're sending someone up. 30 minutes go by, no one shows up. I go back down and inform them NO ONE has shown up. Finally a maintenance person shows up, spends an hour on it, swaps out the TV, and it still doesn't work. We give up. The next morning, the doorknob on the bathroom door falls off. We check out the next day and their compensation for all this? A $20 discount on the room. This hotel is garbage, avoid at all costs."

"The check in experience was terrible, we never got a phone call, we went back at 4pm and waited in line for a half and hour to be told that our just became available at that moment. The beach loungers are not complimentary like they advertised. Little things like checking out via the TV which they advertise as an easy option was not avaliable. When I asked the front desk why she said some rooms just don't. Staff was less than helpful or courteous. The only person we liked was the bartender at the lounge bar on Sat evening in the hotel lobby, she was wonderful. And the view from our room was beautiful, but we paid a pretty price for it. "
