"We had book a king deluxe room, apparently it behind the hotel property, had to bring luggage up three floors because there is no elevator back there. The bellman that showed it to us did not offer to help, just pointed in the direction we had to go. A/C not able to keep up and Dead bug on the bed by the pillow, hiked back downstairs only room left was a queen room which was literally a closet.
