"The location is great and the staff is amazing. The rooms are old and in need of renovations; examples, bathroom door wouldn’t close, bathroom vent fan broken, and bathroom light switch only worked every 5th attempt. If you only plan on taking a shower and sleeping in the room then this place is perfect. With this price point you can expect the dank aroma of weed if you are trying to relax on the balcony….they did put it out when asked."

"We got room on second floors and there is no elevator, imagine taking all your belongings to your room thats already ruined our first day, asked for help the house keeping couldn't even tell us where is our room! Enjoyed the pool except we couldn't get another pool towel only 1towel per day that was the staff said! It was raining the towel got wet, returned the wet one so I can dry towel instead! On the that we checked out my bills more than what on Expedia summary apparently they charged for parking fee too, why do have to charged for parking fee too?? It said resort so they can charged resort fee but you dont get resort amenities?? Oh yeah about the breakfast buffet, they charged $50 for couples but it was not kind of what you call resort hotels, I would say same level as holiday inn breakfast buffet except free 😉 I wouldn't suggest to anyone and we will not go back! There is Hilton close by I rather say at Hilton! "

"Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. The list could go on. For how much we paid for this place they should really do some upgrades."
