"I never received a email or any communication about how to get into the house. As soon as I got off the plane, I had to call to get the door code. By the time we got to the property it was after hours. I had no idea there was a gate that required a code to enter the property. Again, there was no email or communication about a gate code. I called the after hours phone number and talked to a call center. The guy on the phone said an on-call manager would call me back with the gate code. No one...
