Would definitely stay again!

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Plenty of supplies such as utensils, plates, bath towels, etc. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great place to stay while on vacation. 2 min walk to the beach covered parking clean rooms convient to all the shops and restaurants I will be back for sure.

Across from beach.

Wonderful view from the 4th floor. Makeup on pillows in 1 room. They need to clean under the beds. Couldn't find the extra bed in great room ( they had sheets for it). Pool lights were out. Tile and skimmers need to be regrouted.

The unit was roomy and had a nice view.

The beds made a lot of noise just sitting on them or every time you rolled over. We were in unit 1006. The leather? chair in the living room was all peeling and some of the balcony furniture needed replacing - it was either very rusted or was broken. It would have been nice to have some beach equipment available in the unit as well, since we heard that some of the units had that. The view was great and the living space very roomy. Most everything else was in good condition except some of the nonstick pans.

Wonderful family apartment

Our family of 6 had never been to Gulf Shores. This apartment was the perfect size for us. Only complaints was master bath did not drain (too much sand down drain) and half bath had no toilet paper, towels or soap.

We had a nice time just wished we were on beach side. It was a long walk to the beach. I always stay on the beach.

Abandoned and run down

The carpet n the condo has seen its last days. The hallway bathroom was disgusting, dirty and stinky! Redo the parking lot your buding looks run down and abandoned. I will never stay there again. The office of the handy man looks like something from a hoarders episode! Wouldn't be that serious if I didn't have to Pass it when I went to swim or workout!

"Very Uncomfortable Mattresses, Rock Hard!!"

The Hotel room was nice and the place was nicely decorated. What I didn't like was the HARD Mattresses! The place had granite countertops, crown moulding, a nice big balcony, washer & dryer but the condo owner has HARD VERY UNCOMFORTABLE mattresses? We felt like we were sleeping on a piece of wood with a sheet over it.I wanted to get up that night and check out but didn't want to have to pay for that condo and another one. We were in room #303 so if you stay there DON'T TAKE that room! Elevator was super fast,water pressure was great - Owner PLEASE INVEST in NEW COMFORTABLE MATTRESSES!! People are driving Long Distances and then can't get comfortable! I Will Never Rent an individualy owned Condo again because of this experience.

Have to check in/out at a remote location. There is no one on site for any questions or problems. Pool was 3' deep. Other than that it was a nice spacious room. The walk to the beach is ok, no private access so you're basically at the public beach.

We loved the beach! It was absolutely beautiful! We were somewhat disappointed in our room. The carpet needs a deep cleaning or replaced. The iron did not work, the footboard was broke and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. It was not fully furnished with trashbags and toilet paper. Also, noone informed us as to what should of been or not been furnished. We also thought we were getting a room with 1 king, 2 singles, and a sofa bed. That is NOT what we got. It was 2 kings, and a sofabed. We are a family of 5. Our kids are teens. They need their own beds. That is what I thought I was getting and that is WHY I booked this particular room, but it was all a deciption.

When I booked this it said it was on the beach Not true has beach view the walk was not far but I wanted to be on the beach No laundry soap said there would be there no blow dryer who does not have a blow dryer they had everything broom vacuum laundry basket the couch was a sleeper for 2 the kids slept on the floor it was so thin Was clean

Our stay was great! The condo was spotless! The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and everything else you would need! We can't wait to go back.

Family vacation

The view was incredible. We had an 11th floor condo and the entire wall to the gulf was glass. Condo was adequately furnished with basic kitchen supplies. The only negative was the televisions. I think they were leftovers from the 90's. I know we were on vacation to a beach, but you can only be in the sun so much. We're a sports family and the basketball playoffs were on and the broadcast signal didn't even fit the screens to these dinosaurs. That said, I would still recommend the Sanibel for vacation.

Adequate condo near the beach

This condo is spacious, clean, nice balcony, close to the beach, but some of the furniture is in bad repair, the sheets are scratchy, and the television is small and fuzzy.

great room will come back

had great time room was very nice, huge balcony only one down fall check in was way out off hotel location, no reception and lobby felt strange as well. Keep in mind its across of road from ocean so try to stay on high floorin an order to have full ocean view.Was impressed how quiet rooms were.

This was a great place to stay. It was across the street from the ocean and that concerned me, but once I got there I realized it wasn't any further than I've walked from resorts right on the beach. We stayed in 1001. It was furnished very nicely and had 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bath. Granite countertops and nice features. I only asked for a two bedroom but got this one. When we decided to stay longer, we simply picked up the phone in the room and they gave us a very discounted price.

Nice ocean view

This is a spacious condo. Very roomy. It was quite clean when we arrived, and had all the things we needed. The walk to the beach is short and it's a really nice ocean front. Sand is pearly white. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Elevator was fast and parking was ample. On the downside, TVs were old tube type -- no flatscreens, no HD, but that was not a big deal. Wi-fi was spotty and unreliable. The surrounding property is pretty basic, not much in the way of landscaping or amenities. Pool is small. There is no hot tub. Fitness room is underwhelming. Not many restaurants or stores within walking distance.
