Rim was much smaller than what we expected I think of a fair thing to do would be put square footage it was hard for two people to get along together and cook in the kitchen lay out a room you had to lay on the bed to watch TV mattress needs to be changed

Location and beach area is fantastic. Pool area is nice. Overall the place is extremely dated but clean. It was quiet and seems to be fairly well supervised.

Nice stay on the gulf. Pools were clean and wonderful. They advertised a hot tub, but there wasn’t one! Need to update listing.

Great location

Overall great stay. Location was perfect. Great for couples. General cleaning was fine but, needs a deep clean. Funky smell. Bed was comfortable and we saw no bugs.

Filthy, broken elevators, very old property, owners knowingly oversell parking passes - don’t be surprised if you have to park on the side of the road. Only upside is vicinity to the beach, but know that you get what you pay for.

The room was great. Plenty of room for 6 people. I didn't like the idea we had to go get toilet paper and trash bags. It came with one trash bag and one toilet paper in each bath room. Also the building has two elevators but one didn't work. With that being said we had a great stay and would come back.

Budget friendly

Condo was nice. It needs a little deep cleaning. You hear the noises of the people above you. It was great for a budget friendly condo. They do not have a hot tub. The heated pool is outside. The beach was beautiful.

Everything was amazing. It was very homey feeling and everything we needed was there for us. The only thing I was a little grossed out about was the downstairs carpet. It was very dirty and should probably be shampooed more often. We felt like we had to wear our shoes in the house the whole time we were downstairs. Other than that the stay was very peaceful.

I did not care for the Condo we stayed at which was Sugar Beach 169. It was not the cleanest to say the least. I left it cleaner than what I came into. I did love that you walk straight from your Condo to the beach. I thought it was odd that the Sugar Shack (the snack shack) closes at 6 p.m. This should stay open way later to accommodate people coming in from long days. Park spaces were very tight. So if you have a truck it is not easy to park. I called about the dishwasher not closing/working and never received a call back when I was told management would call. The a/c did not work properly. Continually having to mess with it to keep the room cool. Not a place I would go again. The only benefit was I could walk to the beach and that's it.

Stayed three nights. The condo was close to the beach, and parking was right underneath our condo. In peak season, it was worth the price and convenient.

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the listing. The photos shown seem to highlight the overall property rather than the specific room you’re actually booking, which was misleading. Unfortunately, the room was also not clean—we found a pair of underwear left on the floor, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided. The only redeeming part of our stay was the convenient location to the beach, which is what ultimately saved the trip.

It was a great location. The condo was very spacious and clean. They only issue i had was with the parking. There was not enough parking spaces for all the families there visiting and there was construction going on too, which took a few parking spaces. The staff was helpful and friendly. My condo was on the side but I could still see the ocean view.

It says sleeps 4 with bed and pullout couch. The pull out couch was two single, pull out chairs that were in very poor shape. Your back will kill you sleeping on the ridges. The bathroom didn’t have a full roll of toilet paper. I hate to sound petty, but really could we have a full , fresh roll of toilet paper and not the leftovers from another stay. The air conditioner cooled decently but it was like a window unit set lower in the wall. It was so noisy, constantly going on and off, we bought earplugs at the Walgreens for the second night. The parking was decent although and extra charge. The pools were decent and beach access was good.
