"Great location but this is probably one thing that I found great at this place.
Room without place for the cloths- needed to ask for few hangers. Kitchenette with random pieces like three unnecessary lids for non existent pants. No cups, random plates. Curtains with mini holes in random places.
I did not use any of the advertised pools - either too small ( maybe good for kids) or water with the questionable quality ( lazy river).
The place needs refresh and updates - it is old and this is...

"The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet!
The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it.
The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

"The bathroom was with cockroaches, dirty bacon with sticky black material, no sign of do not disturb so they entered the room without my consent. We had an issue with our refrigerator
We could not get one that work and the last one we got after three attempts was freezing everything in it we were told this the only one available
In the end we decide to go without the refrigerator which was kind of struggling .
Another note our room did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom not sure if all the room are the same"

"I booked a patio room. from the 3rd-10th the first night we got there, there were random candy’s and cereals just swept up on the baseboards. there was a crack in the wall in the bathroom and bugs kept crawling out of it . the tv didn’t work, and when sitting on the bed the box spring broke. the box spring itself was just very old. needed updated as well as the tv. the maintenance said it was too much of an issue to fix and moved us to another room. the new room was farther away from everything...
