"Super hébergement! Initialement, c'était un hôtel de transition entre l'avion et la location de voiture le lendemain. Mais quelle surprise ! Un endroit convivial, le personnel absolument adorable, chambre propre et confortable. Thé et café mis à disposition gratuitement. L'ambiance était si bonne que nous avons simplement déposer nos affaires dans la chambre et passé du temps en bas avec les autres voyageurs. Nous vous recommandons et nous reviendrons sans hésiter . "From the time we walked in, shaking terrified as Americans who had just driven on the wrong side of the road for the first times in our lives, the staff was nothing but wonderful. "The location is perfect if you don't want to over pay for your stay and be in old town via tram in 20 minutes , It was very quiet area , right next to transportation to old town, shopping mall right next to the area ,we enjoyed shopping the daily needs with local and very friendly people "

"I had a great stay at Apex Grassmarket Hotel! The location in Edinburgh’s historic Grassmarket was perfect for exploring the Old Town and walking to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered lovely views, and the indoor pool and sauna added a nice touch of relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit — highly recommend for a memorable city break! "

"Could not fault this hotel"

"Bath was not cleaned properly when arrived with rust and mould on it. One of the towels was dirty. Swimming pool is not opened during the time, which is shown on site and closed 1 hour earlier, sauna swithed off 2 hours earlier, than should be. Girls in spa are not friendly at all. Very disappointing, as this hotel was choosen because of the spa mainly. Very limited parking space, which is not mentioned on site at all. Should park on ZOO parking most of the time, which is not free."

"Very very friendly staff. Beautiful room for a great price. The only issue was no conditioner or shampoo in the shower so it’s kind of expected for you to wash your hair with hand soap so bring your own!!! Everything else was great. Breakfast was great. Bus stop was right in front. Didn’t go to the pool or sauna but the restaurant/bar was lovely :) Would recommend "

"It has small bar and very accommodating staff , breakfast is good for the price I pay.We managed to check in early as the room is available and we did had a good rest as we have an early flight. Location is walkable to prince st. And deans village but you can get a bus going to town centre."
