"Overall very good property. The room is clean but you will notice the room has been updated in pieces over last few years. The hotel is hot but the a/c in room is excellent! This room is “good” for me, the caveat is the shower shows its use (my OCD) via bottom of tub stains, it’s very clean. Linens are showing their age, again clean. "The biggest complaint was breakfast. They were not keeping it stocked, we had to wait for bacon and biscuits to be cooked after they ran out (twice), ran out of toast and bagels and didn’t seem to be concerned about restocking the food. Garbage cans overflowing with breakfast plates. Breakfast would have been great if they had not been running out of everything and no one watching to keep it stocked"

"Clean little tiny home right on the creek. Megan was a fantastic host. We had a couple little problems upon initial checkin but she addressed them promptly with a smile. We stayed one week without any other problems. They even offered for us to extend our stay one day, we loved it so much we re-arranged our travel plans and accepted the extension. We will definitely be back to the Wheel Haus soon!"

"The breakfast was hot and had many choices. Waffles are always a hit for our family. The dining area was large and you didn’t feel cramped while eating. Every person that worked there was friendly and went out of their way to help us. The pool is small but was nice on a hot summer day. We will always book a room here when we come to visit Montrose."

"There were just too many things broken in the room. Refrigerator, duck tapes toilet seat, no hot water in sink. Items missing from room - ice bucket, suitcase holder, a closet (that was by design). Staff did try to be helpful but was not worth $216 for the night."
