Air-condition : the machinery noise is extremely loud especially when the central air-conditioning system starts and rest, then starts and rest through the whole night. our unit is #506, which is the first one by the elevator and electrical room. It is not the issue of the indoor air conditioner that under the window, It is the whole room filled with disturbing cycle of machinery noise which goes off and on every 5 minutes. "Only ding was the pool was closed. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I didn’t know Cracker Barrel served alcohol. I do now. Good to have a cold one after traveling."

"Needs some refresh. Bathroom has some missing paint, a little moldy grout, etc. Nothing horrendous, just things that would be easy to fix."

"I love the fact that there was no carpet in the room. They have what I believe is vinyl flooring which is so much more sanitary. There were some spots (heavy sticky) stuff near the bath room. Shower was nice, no tub. I liked the glass door but if you didn’t pay attention water ran out onto the floor. Breakfast was good, coffee was lousy; just colored water. I would stay here again."

"It was exactly what we were hoping for. Next to the Parkway, a good center point from which to do our hiking activities. Clean, quiet, well appointed. Water was steaming hot in the kitchen sink and shower. WiFi was a blessing we weren't really counting on and the streaming TV allowed us to unwind each night with and old movie. "The hotel has a charming drive up a hill reminiscent of The Shinning hotel vibes. Once at the top of the hill you get a magnificent view of the local mountains and a crazy good view of the old abandoned and haunted lunatic asylum across the street.
