"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean.

"This is a reasonably-priced hotel that is conveniently located near Hakata Station (which in turn is two stops or five minutes away by underground from the airport). The standards of cleanliness are excellent, and the rooms are modern and generally comfortable. On the roof top there is a nice Japanese bath. The room I stayed in was small and there not much light from the window, but overall it served its purpose well. The staff at the reception are polite and helpful."
