"The room was spacious and well-lit. However, the toilet was not functioning properly, and the shower water pressure was quite weak. The towels did not smell fresh, even after requesting new ones, which made me question whether they were washed properly. "My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay in our single king room that overlooked the small pond/lake. It is located adjacent to a business park but was a very quiet area despite that and being near the airport. The facilities were all extremely clean and the room was spotless and well laid out. Toiletries were serviceable quality; towels were plentiful and lobby provided a coffee machine and water dispenser. Staff at the location were all extremely professional, courteous, and helpful....

A little paint doesn’t fix the underlying issues.
I have traveled doing work on such places bringing them back up to standards and this one needs someone that does that work.
