Our property was stolen on the resort and they initially tried to brush me off but after asking repetitively they told me they would check cctv, but after 2 days they said they were still checking. We had to leave before they gave us an answer. Poor quality resort with lazy staff. STAY AWAY"

"Excellent. Absolutely lives up to its 5 star reputation. Service interactions were all welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Our room was perfection. Balcony was pleasant, there is plenty of comfortable seating choices in the room. The bathroom is a highlight. We were greeted with a drink and cookie upon check-in, then upgraded to a four-bedroom villa with a private pool which was incredible and so appreciated. "Excellent property, right on a private beqch. Walking distance from water sports activities and to the buzzing Chenang town. Beautifully architectured property, good sized rooms, fantastic pools and excellent onsite restaurants with a great blend of traditional asian cuisine and continental cuisine. Customer service in all areas - front desk, baggage pickup and drop off, restaurant, pool etc were superior. Will be back for sure if we are back in Langkawi again."

"Really nice rustic accommodation. We really enjoyed the natural elements of the traditional stilted bungalow. We had gekko running around inside, and squirrels, cats, dogs playing outside. The outdoor bathroom is a really nice touch. Staff were super friendly and kind, they would deliver complimentary ice water and fruit when we were swimming in the pool. Housekeeping kept the place tidy, but we didn’t ever meet them. If your after something different from your usual sterile unremarkable hotel...

"Resturant is really bad. No options to eat and very bad behaviour by the people at the restaurant. The hotel is really good. The only shortcoming is their restaurant which they should really try improving if they want to do better."
