The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth even though we arrived quite late. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. It’s a convenient feature if you’re planning a busy schedule in Vancouver. For future travellers: if you’re arriving late, don’t worry, the front desk is accommodating, and the process is quick.
