The staff was very friendly on arrival. However we were unable to work the TV and no one was available to help when I went down to the front desk. The clock and the phone were disconnected. We were expecting a free breakfast, not realizing that it was not included.

Residence Inn by Marriott Rocky Mount
On our way back from Florida and this was out stopping point. Will use this hotel next year on our way home. Very nice staff. Amber ay front desk was very helpful.
