"The room we got was very clean and spacious. The staffs are well accomodating and responds to our requests was quick. The breakfast was very nice and and the staffs are very attentive refilling everything. We just needed some more items in the room like towels and garbage bags as we’re guest of 5 but it’s quite easy to ask/request the hotel staff with those. The hotel location is good and very accessible as well. We’d book this hotel again on our next trip to Vernon."

"Our loft room was wonderful. Missing the patio furniture and a bit more attention needed to wiping down tables,REMOTE and the area above the fridge (really dusty,seen when coming down from the loft area)"
