"This was a really nice hotel for its class. The only thing I could complain about is that it smelled musty and the bed was too hard for us. It was clean, plenty of parking, friendly staff, convenient location and everything you could need for a comfortable overnight."

"It was a very charming property; structure is older but very charming. Floors had a bit of slope, not modern, but truly charming, great breakfast and wonderful staff, we definitely recommend you stay here!"

"Great place. We arrived after hours and never met the staff. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Recommend updates such as a coffee maker in the room or on each floor, also a grab bar/towel bar by shower would be great. Finally, stress the fact there are no elevators and if your room is on the 4th floor you carry your luggage up 45 stairs. Staying here was a great experience staying in a historic building almost 200 years old and I truly felt the history!! KUDOS TO THE RESTORERS!!"

"We were visiting NH for the 1st time. Colby Hills Inn is very much a Gilmore Girls like experience. But on a finer scale. What a fabulous place to stay and the food was to die for. Fine dining and so fresh. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"My room was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave. The only thing that I would have liked to have was a robe hook on the bathroom door. Other than that it was perfect !"
