"Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. There is one staff in particular that stands out is Mr Samson from the club lounge. Thank you. Breakfast and cocktail food and drinks were very good clean and very well presented. "

"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "

"The room was excellamt quality, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good with cooked options of local and European food as well as a good selection of buffet options. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that it is slightly outside georgetown but this is not a criticism of hotel. Excellent pool and gym. Great hotel"

"We enjoyed staying at this property. Location is unquestionably super. Right accros the new gurney drive beach side promenade and near by to wide selection of culinary vendors. The unit itself is very new. the design is cozy. But there is always room for minor improvement, the pillow is a bit stinky from previous guest. And the entrance is a bit tricky. "Room key didnt work, cleaner let me in. Rather than send me a new key up, i had to go down. No juice in bar, could if got from another bar or restaurant. Card reader in bar not working had to send porter to room to pay. Pool bar unattended. Room service pizza terrible and cant put on room charge and again card reader issues."

"Good location easy to get to all sides of Penang. Bakery, mini mart, large 7-11, restaurant and a pharmacy nearby makes it very convenient. Apartment is clean and spacious."

"Room, bed & pillows were comfortable. I liked having the safe and the mini refrigerator. Also liked having the kettle, tea and coffee. Housekeeping is excellent. Bathroom comes with travel toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor and shaving cream, shower cap, shampoo and body wash. Best thing about the hotel is the location. Steps away from restaurants!
