"Hotel is very good…location is good for a quick walk to the cathedral for Richard III…staff are terrific… We came by train and uber—be warned that the parking lot on site is not protected by the hotel and we heard tales of vandalism…the city itself in afternoon/evening was very tense…we wetr concernes for our safety and were back in the hotel by 8 pm…lots of groups of black clad kids with masks…no cops anywhere…granted it was the evening, but the vibe was unlike any other city we’d been in for...

"Good hotel in great location. Lovely room with a en-suite shower. Room had all the amenities and plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great too!"

"The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. The b&b had hostel vibes from the start. There were smashed windows, dirty bathrooms without locks, pubes on the toilet roll and bottles stashed behind the was hand...

"Centrally located which is very handy and good balcony view. City noise as to expected. Comfy and big bed and lots of lights and spare plugs. I like the independence and and also concierge if needed. Checking out as late as 11am was a luxury. "
