I loved everything! The staff, amenities, restaurants, outdoor seating, pool, everything was lovely. Can't wait to stay here again. Very spacious lobby and plenty of seating everywhere. Great location, easy to get to popular tourist spots and amazing restaurants.

Very grumpy staff at check in. No welcome at all. Room was small with no wow factor. Room service expensive and of poor quality and value.

L'accueil à la réception a été très froid, amabilité inexistante. Dans la salle de bains, le support du pommeau de douche était cassé.

Work creating noise while I tried to sleep before my night flight. Had to call 2 times to the front desk to stop work in or around 5th floor

From the second you enter felt so welcomed and went above and beyond. It was a treat 30th wedding anniversary but was so worth it 💗
