"The room were budget friendly and clean but we had issues with checking in with their automated system and found a mix of support from the staff, the people behind the counters we friendly and helpful but getting into the line up or help with the machines was very frustrating. We spent 11/2 to go through both the check in and check out process. Partially because of the big line ups."

The only thing I wished for was a refrigerator in the room to enjoy the wonderful leftovers from our delicious dinners and an in-room coffee maker so that the morning can truly be leisurely. This may sound odd, but I would love to see a quick service offered that teaches the basics of how to use the gambling machines. We were clueless and didn't know how to learn."

"The adventure dome staff was great and maid service but the hotel/front desk itself has no customer service skills. Use self check-in/out kiosks and when you need assistance via calling almost rude or dismissive when asked for information. Rooms do not include stander items like refrigerator or microwaves which isn’t disclosed but you can pay additional fees for them. If you like flying frontier this is the hotel version."
