"Everything was simple and streamlined. You go there and you get an apartment styled hotel living situation. A lot roomier than a standard hotel and still has good enough service to get cleaning and additional requests. Clean, spacious and more freedom than conventional hotel for decent price. Would stay again for a single stay experience!"

"It was a great place to stay. Super clean and wonderful layout. Great location - close to Nambu terminal . Not loud and close to Gangnam. My only thing was they messaged me the reservation code for their urstay website via in Korean. It would have been nice if it was in English too cause Expedia booking messages were all in English and website itself was in English too."

"Really a convenient location in Gangnam. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to many places that we could walk to. The amenities are great! We used stove, microwave and the washer/dryer combo. The steep stairs to the loft bedroom was a little tricky but we got used to it."

"Of course! Here ’s a polished version:
My stay at the hotel was exactly as advertised. The room and the entire building were exceptionally clean. I had excellent communication with the management via WhatsApp; every day, they checked in to see if anything needed attention. They took care of daily laundry, fresh sheets, and towels. We even needed an outlet adapter, and they provided one free of charge. They also brought our luggage down from the second floor, which was a big help. Everything was...
