"I did not get the handicap room that I was charged for. I got a smaller room and the maid walked in on me as I’m taking a shower. She didn’t knock on the door. Didn’t say anything. This was crazy. I deserve a refund."

"The older woman at the front desk was very rude and seemed upset anytime you asked for help. My husband and I asked for 2 forks and were told they don’t carry them, but what about the plastic forks used for breakfast? The woman at the bar was extremely rude and we will never be returning to the art bar due to her disrespect. We asked for forks since the front desk didn’t have any and we were told they were only for paying customers after we had already spent our whole afternoon at the bar PAYING...

"The elevator not working but being placed on the third floor was a nightmare the hallways smelled of smoke and mold and it was unbearably hot. Room was decent and clean but I probably wouldn’t stay again"

"I didn't like that the sheets were stained and the covering of the bed had cigarette burn marks on them . This was supposed to be a non smoker room. I wouldn't stay there again."

"There was all kinds of hair left on the bedding, dead cockroaches in the corners of the room, and at night, cockroaches crawled all over the place. The room was extremely unsanitary."

"Had to stay other night at the same hotel. Paid same price for degraded room, room wasn’t ready by the check-in time, the concierge didnt care about room being not ready by the check-in time. Had to wait 40 mins to check-in. No apology. The room had outlet on the lamp and cannot fit multiple charger."

"The room was not well maintained. Room was not made up on a daily basis. There was no daily breakfast as advertised on their website. (Under construction) Should have been informed, would have chosen another hotel!!! Furniture was dated and worn down. Exterior of property was not well maintained and there were issues with the elevator."

"Extended my stay and when I went to front desk to check out and check back in. They never took the deposit back after putting it on my card and I didn’t know. And they told me I would have to give them a new deposit of 100 dollars. Although the mistake was in their end forcing me to check out and leave. Never will stay here again. Times too hard to be makin mistakes like that and not accepting accountability"

"Smoking and weird smell all over the building and no luggage trolley , sofa matress has stains and bathroom has only 1 mini shampoo which is for only 1 person hardly and we're 4 persons and grab n go breakfast was terrible , there was no muffins and coffee was about to end"
