Hotel Murah di Gyllyngvase

"This hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the harbour. Overall it has not been maintained specifically in terms of carpet being very soiled throughout hallways and rooms, We stayed om the 3rd floor up many staircases inaccessible by the elevator and staff did not offer help with heavy suitcases. I was also handed an extremely hot plate at breakfast that burned and blistered both my hands and given nothing to compensate other than burn gel packs. Often disheveled staff are not well...

"Had a great stay the hotel is full of character and history. Yes the rooms are dated, that’s what I would expect from such a lovely old hotel. Staff are amazing well trained, polite and attentive. Spa facilities are very good. Hotel is clean, and food of a high quantity Only down site, the lift was out of order all week. Management needs to prioritise this situation with some urgency. Without the lift working there are up to four floors of steps to climb (93 I think) I would advise you to check...

"A bit tired. Could do with a good scrub and a coat of paint. Room ok. We only stayed a couple of nights. I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Pool and sauna very good. Shower by sauna very good. Hot tub and flooring near pool seemed like it could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet ok but much better ordering off the menu. Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was good. All staff were very good!"

"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. "
