"Central location in Kanazawa for easy access (via bus) to most places you want to see. Recommend taxi for visiting the garden (Kenrokuen) and Castle (note, castle is reconstructed, so it is up to you if you want to see it). Hotel room was about average size and nicely laid out."

"The Minn Kanazawa on a main street close to buses but also walkable to many attractions and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable and nicely decorated. The amenities were not as prolific as some other places but available when asked for. The basics such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash were included and seemed of very good quality. There was an atmosphere of non wastefulness. Instead of a buffet breakfast, there was breakfast made fresh for you. Fresh towels, cleaning and bedding were available upon request. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
