"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a musty odor. Not sure from what. It deserves an OK rating, but certainly not the “excellent” rating given on Expedia. At best, “very good.”"

"The property was in good shape and easy to get to. The staff was more than kind and friendly. The thing I had a problem with was the freezer was dirty. The clothes drawer what looked like corn and wheat pieces in it. The floors wasn’t mopped and my feet was black by the time I unpacked. Needless to say I left my clothes in my suitcase and hung up the others. The area was super packed and busy. They only had 2 room left. Where others were sold out. "

"This hotel is very run down, the first room we were given stunk so bad & the second room the toilet moved when you sat on it, the tub was horrible, there were baby roaches, the refrigerator was dirty, the tv remote didn't work, the blankets/sheets on the bed were stained, torn & had burn holes in them. "

"When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms."

"The hotel appeared very run down, and the water faucet was dripping throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast consisted only of bread and did not match what was advertised on the website. Additionally, the location felt unsafe a local mentioned that the area is often frequented by individuals who loiter and engage in inappropriate activity. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations."

"I was leery about the location when the clerk was behind bullet proof glass, but despite that, I felt very safe. I read a review complaining about the AC, but my room was very cool. My only other concern was the signage saying that the fire/smoke system wasn’t working but it was urgently being addressed despite the fact that the paper the sign was on looked old and was curling like it had been there a long time. "

"Friendly staff checked me into a beautiful lobby. Room was nicely appointed, clean, and roomy. Very glad to have booked this space."

"BW in Victoria is great. Attentive friendly staff-fresh decent breakfast-clean rooms and safe parking lot. My third stay was great…will choose this hotel again, for sure!"
