"The place was not the cleanest. The garbage can by the rear entrance was overflowing and there were cigarette butts all over. The hallway wasn't vacuumed. The only thing available for breakfast was yogurt, sugary cereals, and waffles. There was a toaster but no bread. Also no butter for the waffles. The coffee creamer was the powder type. Not sure how the place got a rating of 8.2. "
