"Our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca City Center was disappointing. We booked two rooms and encountered several issues: the bathroom door handle in one room was loose and came off, hand lotion was missing from one room, and the complimentary welcome drink and macarons were not provided. There was also no iron or ironing board in one of the rooms.
We also had difficulty contacting reception by telephone because the options were only available in French. We had to go to reception in person...
